Duplicate registrations under the same individual are strictly prohibited.

If multiple accounts are detected, CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to permanently deactivate all related accounts without refunding any accumulated benefits or rewards.

3. Prohibition of Sharing or Transfer

Membership accounts and associated benefits may not be loaned, transferred, or shared under any circumstances, including account login by others or usage on behalf of the account holder.

Any unauthorized use may result in account suspension or permanent revocation of membership.

4. Identity Verification

To protect the security of member accounts and entitlements, CLAW JOYLAND may request valid photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) during special events, prize redemptions, or suspicious activities to verify the identity of the account holder.

5. Token & Points Usage

Tokens and points are exclusive membership benefits, redeemable only at CLAW JOYLAND official locations and may not be exchanged for cash or used on third-party platforms.

All redemptions are final and non-refundable. Please confirm your selections before redeeming.

Some benefits may be subject to expiration dates as specified in the promotional terms. Expired benefits will not be honored.

CLAW JOYLAND is committed to protecting the privacy of all members.

7. Violations & Enforcement
